ClaveFlow is a platform that connects buyers, renters and investors with real estate agents in South Florida, and gives agents tools to manage their listings, contacts and transactions.

3. Use of the platform

You agree to provide truthful information, use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not submit fraudulent requests, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Agents are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they publish in their listings.

4. Listings and information

Listings are provided by independent agents. ClaveFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or price of any property, and is not a party to transactions between users and agents.

5. Intellectual property

The ClaveFlow brand, design and software are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without authorization. The content of each listing belongs to the agent who publishes it.

6. Limitation of liability

ClaveFlow is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, decisions made based on listings, or the conduct of agents or users.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Florida.
